Home Information Pack (HIP)

It is a myth that Home Information Packs will have to cost hundreds of pounds or that you have to buy it from your Estate Agent.

Our HIPs are now provided through the BREs online service.

The BRE or Building Research Establishment is a major figure in the building world.

All you have to do is contact us for a Case Reference Number and use it together with your Post Code to log onto www.packdetails.com to pay for your HIP

You will be sent an SMS message to your mobile phone to confirm the HIP order.

You will also be able to track the progress of your HIP through this website
